Account Deletion & Data Erasure Request

Pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Eskoler provides this platform to facilitate your right to data erasure. By submitting this form, you are initiating a formal request to delete your account and associated personal information from the Eskoler portal (https://app.eskoler.com).

How the Process Works:

Acknowledgment: Eskoler will confirm receipt of your request via your registered email within 24 hours of submission.
Data Fiduciary Role: As Eskoler is a School Management System, your primary data is managed by your educational institution. Your request will be instantly forwarded to your Designated School Administrator (the Data Fiduciary) for final approval.
Verification & Safety: The school administrator will verify the request to ensure no critical academic records or pending financial transactions are lost unintentionally.
Processing Time: Please allow seven (7) business days for the school to finalize the erasure. We recommend communicating directly with your school office after this period for a final confirmation of the deletion status.
Legal Retention: Please note that certain academic records (e.g., historical grades) and transaction logs may be retained by the school as required by Indian educational and financial regulations.
